Ahead of the Medical Expo Ivory Coast, scheduled to take place in Abidjan on June 24–26, 2025, key meetings were held with senior officials. B. Kemal Şahin, General Manager of Ekspoturk, İbrahim Demir, General Manager of ATLM Expo Ivory Coast, Muhammed Ali Aras, President of TURCAF, and Hind Rachiq, Project Director of Medical Expo, paid an official visit to the Minister of Health of Côte d’Ivoire.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the event preparations and potential areas for collaboration. The planned activities for what will be the country’s largest medical and healthcare exhibition were reviewed. The Minister emphasized that the Ministry of Health bears the primary responsibility for delivering high-quality and inclusive healthcare services, and that such delivery can only be achieved with the active participation of medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health informatics providers.
He further underlined the Ministry’s intention to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the expo process to support the strengthening of healthcare services. The Ministry reiterated its commitment to support Medical Expo as a multi-stakeholder cooperation platform that will contribute meaningfully to the development of the national healthcare infrastructure.
